With our AI, we could save 193,000 tons of CO₂ equivalents, as much as the annual emissions of 17,874 Germans. 😮
Wow, we didn't think so! These are the results of the evaluation of our life cycle assessment study with the Technical University of Berlin. The study analyzed the direct and indirect environmental impact of our AI. If you extrapolate the average savings of our AI to all bakery branches in Germany, this results in a total of almost 200,000 tons of CO₂ equivalents saved. 🌍💚

For the evaluation, sales and food waste data from our customers was calculated before and after the implementation of our AI. The average composition of the saved food waste was calculated to determine the average environmental impact per kilogram of food waste. 📊🥖
