At the end of the year, we once again analyzed some of our AI data 📊 and looked back on 2023.

In 11 months, we have provided 5.4 million forecasts 🚀 📈💥Wow, what an incredible number! This achievement not only shows that our AI is always working at full speed, but also the commitment of our team and our partners. 🙏 Thank you to everyone who contributed to this success! 🤝 

We are delighted that we have been able to convince so many customers of our technology. We have connected a total of 16 customers and 634 branches in 9 federal states. From Bavaria to Schleswig-Holstein, we are represented throughout Germany.

And what do you think were the most popular baked goods of 2023? For our customers, it was definitely bread rolls. 🎉 We analyzed the top 3 products:

🥇Wheat rolls in first place
Wheat rolls are the best-selling baked goods among our bakery customers. And everyone calls them something different: rolls, buns, rolls, rolls or rolls. In this country, we love our bread roll culture.

🥈 Grain roll in 2nd place
There is another bread roll in 2nd place - the grain roll! Yes, Germany is definitely the land of bread rolls, because nowhere else are there so many different types of small baked goods. 

🥉 Croissant in 3rd place
The pastry is also one of the best-selling baked goods. 👉A little fun fact: the croissant is not originally from France, but from Austria! 🇫🇷 / 🇦🇹
