Südback 2024 in Stuttgart was more than just a trade fair for us - it was the highlight of the year! Over four days, we had the opportunity to be inspired by the latest developments in the bakery and confectionery industry and to exchange ideas with colleagues, industry experts and partners. With over 30,000 trade visitors and an impressive variety of exhibitors, Südback once again proved its status as the central meeting place for everyone involved in the art of artisan baking and innovative technologies.

In addition to exciting new products and future trends, it was above all the inspiring discussions and valuable contacts that made this trade fair so special. The direct exchange with experts and industry insiders gave us valuable insights into the current challenges and opportunities in the industry. It's always amazing how many new ideas and impulses you can take away from such meetings, and that's exactly what makes Südback an unmissable event in the calendar.
