Last week we were at the climate bakery meeting in Oelde and gave a presentation on resource efficiency with artificial intelligence.
The event of the Effizienz-Agentur NRW takes place every year and gathers participants from the bakery industry to create new impulses for resource conservation. How can baked goods, for example, be produced even more resource-efficiently? This was the subject of discussion among the 40 or so guests.
In our presentation, we were able to show how artificial intelligence can be used to make ordering and baking processes in bakeries more efficient and thus conserve resources.
We were very pleased to receive an invitation from the Efficiency Agency, which advises bakeries on resource conservation on behalf of the NRW Environment Ministry.
