Kettinger bakery now uses AI planning solution from foodforecast

Great news! We have won the bakery Kettinger as a new customer. 

After an initial test phase, the Kettinger bakery has decided to automate its ordering process with our AI software. From now on, foodforecast will optimize the orders of the approximately 20 stores south of Stuttgart.

For the Swabian family bakery, the sustainability aspect is also very important. Regional ingredients are used in the business and at the end of the day there should be as little baked goods left over as possible, because throwing them away is not an option for them. We will support the Kettinger bakery in this, because with the AI software from foodforecast, returns will be reduced by an average of 30% with improved goods availability at the same time.
