As a tech start-up from Cologne, we use artificial intelligence to reduce food waste. Our AI analyzes historical sales data from bakeries, the food service industry and supermarkets and links it with relevant influencing factors to generate automated sales forecasts for future orders. In this way, we ensure that less food is wasted.
Your contribution:
- You coordinate and manage projects for leads, customers and partners to ensure a smooth process.
- You will be responsible for onboarding new clients and building trusting relationships.
- You actively work on sales campaigns, improve them and monitor their success.
- You identify optimization potentials and implement appropriate measures and actively contribute to the avoidance of food waste
Your profile:
- You are studying business administration or a similar subject.
- Initial experience in customer communication is a plus.
- You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel.
- You are a team player who is proactive and likes to lend a hand.
- You work independently, structured and carefully.
- You have excellent German and English language skills.
- You want to make a positive contribution and work in a goal-oriented and responsible manner.

- Documentation of interactions in our CRM system
- Collaboration in sales campaigns and their improvement
- Preparation of presentations for the sales team

Backend Developer (m/f/d)
We are a tech startup from Cologne, Germany, that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to reduce food waste. We have developed an AI that analyzes historical sales figures of bakery stores and combines them with key influencing factors to create an automated sales forecast for the next day's order.
In this way, we help to ensure that less food ends up in the garbage can.
What you move with us:
- Design, program, test and implement new backend applications.
- Test and improve existing backend applications.
- Troubleshooting and correction of errors.
- Conversion of customer requirements into concrete technical solutions.
- Consultation with front-end developers and cross-departmental collaboration
What you bring:
- A completed apprenticeship or degree in the IT field or comparable qualifications.
- You have good knowledge in backend development (experience with Python, Java etc ...)
- You have already gained experience in working with PostgreSQL databases and in development in the AWS environment (e.g. RDS)
- You work independently, analytically, structured and carefully
- You are a real team player and communication in German and English is no problem for you.
